Robyn Rihanna is also popularly known as Rihanna in Barbados, is a Barbadian musician and singer who has given us hits songs like Pon de Replay Umbrella SOS and Take a Bow. A very successful artist still in the prime of her youthful years, she's already sold over the sum of 41 million album and over 150 million songs around the world, making her one of the most successful artists ever. Barbados-born, she learned to love reggae and started singing when she was a young child. As a result of the turmoil in her household and the fights her parents had with each other, she turned to music. Then she realized that she would like to pursue a career as an artist. She formed a musical group when she was still in high school and had the opportunity to perform with producer Evan Rodgers who was highly impressed by the teenager's talents. The producer asked her to move into New York in order to make a career of it as a singer which she readily accepted. Rihanna became an instant hit as her debut album landed on the market. The songs of Rihanna were favorites among the young, motivating her into film. Today, she's a teenager model and a model. Rihanna is also involved in donating to charities and making use of her celebrity status to benefit charities.
