Andree Martinez

Andree is an American born in Mexico who was raised within El Paso. Her family has a strong entertainment gene. She grew up in a household of entertainers, including her sister Karla Martinez, who hosts Despierta America on Univision Despierta America (1997)). When she was a child her family was filled with television personalities such as her older sister Karla (Host on Univision's show DespertaAmerica)! Andrew Martinez is vice president of Safety Security and Business Resiliency at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the largest electric utilities in the United States. SCE has made worker safety and corporate security a priority. Martinez is the head of the activities and programs that are focused on the two areas. Martinez provides safety managers throughout the entire company mentorship, top-quality training and guidance to assist them in reaching the goals for safety of their respective work groups. Martinez held the position of director of Safety Training and Compliance at SCE prior to his appointment in this position. In the past, Martinez served as Director for Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In his 30-year tenure at SCE Martinez has held several leadership positions in corrective action and improvement initiatives, including positions in the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) focused on protecting employees as well as the general public from dangers.
